This case really does the job. I drop my phone all the time and even knocked it off the roof of my SUV, which was a 6 ft drop onto the concrete. No problem with my phone and barely even a scratch on the case! I have had other cases that last a few months and kind of fall apart, but this is built very solid. Worth spending a few extra bucks to have a good case and it is still slimmer than an Otterbox.
