After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the expected delivery date and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order on your account’s orders history page.

Orders can only be changed if they have not yet been processed for shipping. If your order is already in the preparing for shipping, shipping, or delivered status, we cannot accept any edits. To make changes to your order, please contact customer support at support@cravedirect.com.

Yes, all Crave products come with a 12-month warranty. 

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. You can choose a payment method during checkout.

Payments are made in US Dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.

Shipping

We can ship worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to custom taxes and duties. Each country has its own import laws as well as its own taxes, fees, and duties. Customs clearance fees and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and invoice you in the local currency for the duties and taxes associated with your order. Standard delivery time is 5-10 days for countries outside the United States and 2-3 days within the Unite States. 

Yes, you can select expedited shipping during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This email will allow you to track your package. You can also track your order from the order history section on your account page.

Depending on the country and delivery method, if you are not home, a new delivery will be attempted the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. In some cases, you may need to collect your package from your local mail center.

Returns

Yes, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must have been purchased from our online store.
• The item should not have been damaged in any way.
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery date

Yes, we do accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.

Yes, there are no fees to return an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty

The warranty periods for Crave products are as follows:

Cases: lifetime warranty

Power banks and other devices: 12 months warranty

No registration is required for the warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage to the phone. A phone case protects your phone in most cases but cannot protect your phone in every situation.
